British blues is on the up and so it seems are South Wales based, Mojojim & the Muddy Wulfs,  delivering electrifying, authentic British Blues sound, scorching live shows to thunderous applause.

This is a band which knows how to please, their shows always delight and exhilarate. Their reputation has grown over a number of years playing blues clubs, major live music venues. The band opened the 2010 Abertillery Blues festival, winning over every fan with their sweet sound. Family additions for late 2011/2012 gave the band a chance to take time out and finally produce a debut album of original material.  “The Blues Found Me”, released in 2013 is being played on British Blues Radio Stations and gaining great reviews.

What’s at the root of all this ?  Well, an unstoppable desire to deliver dynamic / authentic british blues music for their fans. Leading is Andy Preston, a front man known for his contagious energy as much as his guitars. Likened to greats such as Peter Green, Freddie King. Andy’s sensual guitar playing, vocals combine to hit buttons that reach out to fans with songs that have story, integrity and feel. Andy is joined by the most talented musicians :

  • Drums – Ben Tipler/ Noel Watson, the most in demand, experienced drummers, drum tutors in South Wales.
  • Bass – Mal Preest – unstoppable force of pure british bass , known to regularly bring women close to orgasm with his palying.
  • 2nd Guitar – Sam Andrews, Derek Trucks love child , blues is in his blood, his fingers, one of the most talented authentic young slide guitairists playing in the UK.
  • Andrew Vidgen, a haunting harp player who unique layers hooks into the fabric of the bands songs.

Mojojim & the Muddy Wulfs have all they need, drawing their inspiration from blues legends, they push themselves to enhance dynamic without losing the original feel of the Blues.
